The name Starksway originated in Reno, Nevada. It began with a simple dream: to build a place for our family to enjoy during vacations.

As time passed, we realized that other people might also want to experience the same peace, comfort and happiness we found there. So we opened Starksway to families and friends at an affordable price. We do not believe people should have to spend too much just to enjoy quality time together.

Inspired by the simple, welcoming feeling of a campsite, Starksway gives guests the freedom to enjoy the outdoors and cook their own food in their own space. We understand how costly it can be to buy every meal while traveling, so guests are welcome to bring their own food and prepare it together—just like on a family camping trip.

As we continue to grow, we continue to strive to become better. We take our guests’ comments and suggestions seriously because their feedback helps us improve and create a better experience for everyone. Every room, every corner and many of the improvements at Starksway Resort have been shaped by our guests’ comments.

The resort may continue to grow, but the dream remains the same: to create a place where families and friends can step away from their busy lives and simply enjoy being together.
